Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 10 of May, 2026.

Welcome to our text-to-flash cards conversion service (the "Service"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website and services.

Data Usage and Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, interact with our services, or submit a text to transform to flash cards.

Prohibited Data

Our services are not intended for the transmission or storage of sensitive or personally identifiable information. Please do not submit any sensitive personal data, including but not limited to health, financial, or biometric data, through our services.

Third-Party Sign-In

We offer the option to create an account or log in using Google. If you choose this option, Google shares limited profile information with us — your email address, and a unique account identifier — which we use solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive your Google password. Use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Data Sharing with AI Providers

To convert your text into flash cards, the text you submit is sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to an upstream large language model provider (for example, Google). Once we receive the generated cards, the text is no longer needed for processing. Each upstream provider handles your input under its own privacy and data-retention practices, which we do not control. OpenRouter's handling of your data is described in OpenRouter's Privacy Policy, and the practices of upstream providers (such as Google) are governed by their respective policies. The specific upstream provider serving your request may change over time as we tune routing for quality and cost. Because we cannot guarantee how third-party providers retain or use submitted text, please do not paste confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information into the Service.

No Liability

While we strive to protect your data and ensure the security of our services, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or that we store. By using our services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website.
